Placing an Order
After selecting the product(s) you wish to purchase, click “order” to add the item(s) to your cart. You can modify your cart at any time and return to the catalog by clicking “continue shopping.” When you have finished shopping, confirm your order by clicking the “pay” button. In case of error during the entry of your order, we advise you to send us a cancellation request by email within 24 hours. Once your order has been cancelled by Zoyout Essaouira, you may place a new order.
Prices
Prices listed in the catalog are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) excluding tax, valid at the time of viewing and applicable at the time of order. VAT is calculated on the order form based on the applicable rate on the day of the order. All transactions are conducted in Moroccan Dirhams. Any change in VAT rate will automatically affect product prices.
Order Fulfillment
Orders will be fulfilled within a maximum of 7 days from the day after the Consumer places the order. In the event a Product is unavailable, the Consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option to cancel the order. The Consumer may then choose either a full refund (within 30 days of payment) or a product exchange.
Delivery
Zoyout Essaouira does not provide delivery. The customer must collect the goods at the address specified on the Order Form. Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Consumer on the Order Form. The Consumer must check the condition of goods upon delivery and report any damage due to transport to both the carrier and Zoyout Essaouira within one day. Upon request, the Consumer can obtain an invoice sent to the delivery address by selecting the appropriate option on the Order Form. How much does delivery cost? Delivery fees are the responsibility of the buyer: In Morocco and abroad, fees are based on Zoyout Essaouira’s rates for tracked shipments. Prices include taxes and are calculated based on the weight of the products. Shipping costs are specified on your invoice. The cost decreases with higher quantities ordered—grouping your orders is recommended.
What are the delivery times?
Once your payment is received, your order will be shipped within 48 hours, subject to product availability. In Morocco and abroad, items are sent by tracked postal service. Any delays do not entitle the customer to compensation, order cancellation, or refusal of delivery.
Payment
To pay for your order, choose one of the payment methods offered by Zoyout Essaouira on the checkout page. Your transaction will be processed the day after the delivery confirmation. Guarantee
Our argan and olive oils are not subject to traditional manufacturing defect warranties. As natural food products, they cannot be returned for material defects. However, we place utmost importance on product quality. Each batch is subject to strict quality control throughout the production process, in line with current standards. Proof of Transactions Paid by Credit Card

Force Majeure
Zoyout Essaouira shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to an event of force majeure.
