A drizzle of inspiration
So good with…

In winter
Bissara.
A generous drizzle over fava bean soup, with a little cumin.

A taste of the sea
Sardines.
In chermoula, then grilled. The oil holds the marinade.

In the morning
Khobz.
Still warm, dipped in a small plate of oil.

Fresh
Salad.
Tomato, cucumber, onion, and the oil just before serving.
Well designed. Well kept.
Good flavour is worth keeping.

Light stays out.
An opaque metal tin. Keep it somewhere cool, away from the oven.
One turn and it’s closed.
Close it after each use to limit contact with air.
